We accurately represent our products and services and work to increase their potential for improving your business.
We have heard both from customers who are just beginning in their business and from others who are more experienced. Both give us feedback on the usefulness of our products for their operations and their revenue generation. We use some of their statements to promote the usefulness of the products but can not completely verify these customers' statements. We do, however, require that each person we introduce to you, provide us with substantiating information before we present their testimonials. Also, while the testimonial may be accurate as of the time that we hear from the customer, the customer's experience may have significantly changed over time. While we will try to update our information on the customer providing the testimonial, we cannot assure you that our information will be up to date.
You should also know that the testimonials here may illustrate extraordinary results. We do not promise, guarantee or imply that your use of our products and services will improve your operation, or increase your revenues. As with any business, successful or unsuccessful use of our products will widely vary among our customers depending on many factors, including but not limited to, the customer's skill set, creativity, motivation, level of effort, individual expertise, capacity and talents, business experience, your cost structure and the market in which you compete. We also know that many of our customers will not implement our program, much as many gym members won't go to the gym. We obviously cannot compel you to use our products. You obviously need to implement our products to find out for yourself the usefulness of what we teach you, and we sincerely hope that you do. Similarly, we provide no assurance that either improved operations or earnings can be duplicated or approached.
Also, there is legislation in several states that strictly limits the manner of operating a business in the preforeclosure, foreclosure and forbearance industry and related industries that prohibits charging any fee until completion of all services of the service provider and restricts that return on monies advanced to a designated percentage. Some of the legislation restricts the return to 10% or other amounts. You must consult your personal attorney, who is licensed to in the state or states in which you intend to operate your business to determine whether there is legislation that governs how you conduct your business and restricts the terms and amounts of your charges. Particular attention should be given if you intend to operate your business in California, Colorado, Missouri, Maryland, North Carolina or Minnesota. There may be similar legislation in other states as well. Many if not all states, currently have statutes providing civil and criminal penalties for operating a business in a deceptive or unfair manner. As in any business, your personal attorney should be consulted on all aspects of how you conduct your business.
